Every other week, Mitchell Hyundai partners with SOS Animal Shelter in Enterprise to feature a cat who has been at the shelter longer than most and could use a little extra attention. Our team visits the shelter to capture photos and share their story with the community, with the goal of helping them find a loving home.

When you adopt a featured Pet Spotlight cat, you'll receive a complimentary oil change at Mitchell Hyundai as a thank-you for giving them a second chance.

Why We Do This

Through the Mitchell Hyundai Pet Spotlight, SOS Animal Shelter selects a cat that could use a little extra attention. By sharing their story with our community, we hope to help them get seen, get shared, and ultimately get adopted.

1 SOS Selects a Cat. SOS Animal Shelter chooses a cat who has been at the shelter longer than most and could use a little extra attention.

2 We Share Their Story. Our team visits the shelter to take photos and feature the cat on our website and social media to help them get seen and find the right home.

3 You Adopt. When a featured Pet Spotlight cat is adopted, the adopter receives a Pet Spotlight Adoption Perk coupon for a complimentary oil change at Mitchell Hyundai.

Founded in 1981 and operating as a no-kill shelter since 1987, Save Our Strays (S.O.S.) Animal Shelter is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to rescuing stray and unwanted dogs and cats in the Wiregrass community. The shelter provides safe homes, places animals with loving families, and educates the community about pet overpopulation and the benefits of adopting a companion pet.

Pet Spotlight Adoption Perk · Full Terms

The Pet Spotlight Adoption Perk is available to anyone who adopts a featured Mitchell Hyundai Pet Spotlight cat from SOS Animal Shelter.
The adopter will receive a Pet Spotlight Adoption Perk coupon from SOS staff at the time of pickup.
You do not need to be a current Mitchell Hyundai customer to qualify.
Coupon value is up to $100 maximum.
Service includes an oil and filter change, inspection of belts, hoses, and fluid levels, plus a complimentary car wash and vacuum.
Excludes diesel engines and European vehicles.
Coupon must be presented in person at the time of service.
Each coupon is issued for a specific Pet Spotlight adoption and is hand-signed and verified by Mitchell Hyundai.

No. The Pet Spotlight Adoption Perk is open to anyone who adopts the current featured cat from S.O.S. Animal Shelter, whether or not you have purchased a vehicle from us.

What does the free oil change include?

An oil and filter change, inspection of belts, hoses, and fluid levels, plus a complimentary car wash and vacuum. Coupon value up to $100. Diesel engines and European vehicles are not eligible.

Does the coupon expire?

No. The Pet Spotlight Adoption Perk coupon has no expiration date. Use it whenever it works for you.
